For a fee of €399, you will receive:

  • Full access to IBTM World 2025 for all three event days (18–20 November), including networking events such as the Club Night.

  • A personalised diary for self-scheduled appointments, with priority system access from 27 October to request meetings with exhibitors of your choice.

  • VIP Lounge access, with complimentary refreshments, Wi-Fi booster zones, and daily lunch vouchers redeemable at an onsite outlet of your choice.

Please note: A valid credit card will be required to process the registration fee. If your application is approved after Tuesday, September 16, the fee will increase to €499.
